I’ve been apart of the Moderna study since August.  It’s been very convenient coming in. I work very close by. I’m big about being on time. Although some appointments have not stayed on track. Once I bring to their attention they jump right in to help me get out on time. Your staff is always very friendly. One thing, I hate…like most people, are needles.

I have to say, from day one with blood draw was PAINLESS.  I had to get his name, and now request Joel ever time I come in. I never feel it, which I wished everyone had his touch. His personality makes it easier too. His so happy, and takes the the time to talk you..it just helps even a nerves person like me feel at ease.
